Physical or mental health problems, or a lack of energy or feeling overwhelmed, can sometimes reduce our effectiveness. Sometimes it is not clear how to play our part in creating useful changes or benefits in the wider world. Sometimes it comes down to a lack of belief in ourselves or the courage or conviction to believe we can make a difference.
As Nei Gung is a deeper level of Chi Kung, deeper techniques will be used when entering into a chi kung, or nei gung, state of mind. To get over the barriers of poor health, lack of energy or overwhelm these courses will include skills for maintaining good health and developing internal force. To help develop the resilience to carry a plan through these courses will include skills for developing: courage, confidence and self belief.
The last Nei Gung course focusses in the skills of clarity of mind and expanded awareness sometimes called Zen Mind. This can help avoid getting stuck with limited: beliefs, techniques, methods, understanding or perspective. This course will use the simple yet profound 16 pattern abridged Zhang San Feng set to allow course participants to achieve this.
Ultimately, it will help you to achieve whatever is meaningful in your life. Wong Kiew Kit
He is a world known authority on chi kung and kungfu, and has travelled round the world to teach these arts in more than 35 countries. He is an internationally acclaimed author of books on Eastern wisdom, and his books have been translated into many languages. Since , Grandmaster Wong has spent more time teaching chi kung than kungfu, because he feels that while kungfu serves as an interesting hobby, chi kung serves an urgent public need, particularly in overcoming degenerative and psychiatric diseases. Grandmaster Wong is one of the few masters who has generously introduced the once secretive Shaolin chi kung to the public, and has helped many people to overcome so-called "incurable diseases", like hypertension, asthma, rheumatism, arthritis, diabetes, migraine, gastritis, gall stones, kidney failure, depression, anxiety and even cancer. He stresses the Shaolin philosophy of sharing goodness with all humanity, and is now dedicated to spreading the wonders and benefits of the Shaolin arts to people all over the world irrespective of race, culture and religion.
